WARRANTY, RETURN, REPAIRS
NAGI believes every customer deserves to wear the best wetsuit possible. All warranty claims will be reviewed by our team. Warranty returns are valid up to 180 days from the purchase date with proof of receipt. When filing a claim under the Contact us page, please provide photos of damaged parts.
After reviewing the claim, we will determine if the wetsuit is approved, disapproved, or requires further evaluation for replacement, at no cost. Warranty is subject to manufacturer errors such as, but not limited to: stitching, tears, and faulty zipper. In contrast, a diagnosis of the following will not be approved: sun damage, alterations, and poor treatment.
Please note that if the suit is covered under warranty, the newly issued suit is subject to a 90-day warranty.
Warranty applies to wetsuits. Apparel is not covered.

Our return policy is within 30 days from your purchase date. It must be not used. Message us from our contact page for your return.
Repairs that are not covered under our limited warranty policy is eligible for out-of-pocket repairs. Please submit a claim on our Contact page so that we can get you back in the water as soon as possible!
Repair services will be evaluated and a price will be quoted after a claim is submitted with photos provided by you. Our repairs are done out-of-house so please be patient.
